Notes

Creation Engine DX11 → D3DMetal, same family as Skyrim SE. Steam launches Fallout4Launcher.exe; launch Fallout4.exe directly with SteamAppId=377160. Pin CX_GRAPHICS_BACKEND=d3dmetal (winecx) so DX11 does not fall onto DXMT. Prefs live in Documents\My Games\Fallout4. Keep iPresentInterval=1 — FO4 physics breaks above ~60 fps. Do not use Libraries.rgl or Libraries.vk.
